Sherried Shrimp With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen large shrimp in shells
    1/4 c. dry sherry or orange juice
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 roasted red or green sweet pepper, cut into strips
    10 pitted ripe olives, halved
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. capers, drained
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    1/8 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1 tsp. olive oil
    French bread
Preparation
    Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
    Peel and devein, leaving tails intact; set aside.
    In large skillet, combine sherry, orange juice, red pepper strips, olives, parsley, garlic, capers, tomato paste and black pepper.
    Bring to boiling.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook and stir for 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in olive oil.
    Serve with bread.
