Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin, cut in bite-sized cubes
    2 onions, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans drained mushrooms
    dash of garlic salt
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute cubes of meat in butter along with the onions, then add soup.
    Simmer for 1 hour, then add mushrooms and garlic salt. Simmer 30 minutes longer.
    Take off heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
