Heavenly Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cream or canned milk
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped candied cherries
Preparation
    Mix cream, sugar and butter.
    Bring to a boil and let boil 10 minutes.
    After boiling point is reached, add Karo.
    Boil until it forms soft ball in water.
    Add vanilla; stir until creamy.
    Add nuts and cherries.
    Pour into greased pan.
