Yellow Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peppers, sliced lengthwise and seeds removed
    1 small onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, cut up
    1 tsp. plain salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Pack jars full with peppers.
    Boil water.
    Fill jars to brim cap and turn over for 24 hours, then store for eating.
