Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    dash of salt and pepper
    onions and/or mushrooms
Preparation
    Boil 2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups water.
    Add broccoli and cook 15 minutes.
    Saute onions and/or mushrooms in margarine.
    Mix flour into cold milk and evaporated milk.
    Cook with sauteed mix until thick.
    Add sliced Velveeta cheese.
    Stir until melts.
    Add broccoli.
    Stir on low heat until thick (about 20 minutes).
