Italian Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into pieces
    3 lb. potatoes, cut long and narrow (twice as thick as French fries)
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 pieces garlic, cut fine
Preparation
    Place chicken and potatoes on cookie sheet.
    Add oil on top. Sprinkle garlic powder or garlic on top.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until potatoes are golden brown, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle with Romano cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
