Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. drained, chopped fig preserves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and whip until light and fluffy.
Add oil.
Stir baking soda into buttermilk.
Alternately add flour and buttermilk mixture into batter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until tests done.
