Brussels Sprouts With Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cooked Brussels sprouts
1/4 c. chicken bouillon
dash of nutmeg
pepper to taste
1 1/2 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a shallow 1-pint casserole, combine Brussels sprouts, bouillon, nutmeg and pepper.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
