Turkey Sopa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
    1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 c. turkey, chopped
    1 pkg. soft corn tortillas, cut in quarters
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery in oil.
    Stir in soup, tomatoes and milk.
    Mix well.
    Stir in turkey.
    Layer turkey mixture, tortillas and cheese in a greased casserole dish.
    Begin with the turkey mixture and end with it.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
