Meringue Snowmen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
small red cinnamon candies
pretzel sticks
Preparation

Cover cookie sheet with heavy brown paper.
Place egg whites in bowl.
Add cream of tartar and beat at high speed until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar a tablespoonful at a time.
Turn off mixer occasionally and scrape sides of bowl.
Continue beating at high speed until stiff and glossy, about 6 or 7 minutes.
For each snowman, drop two rounded tablespoonfuls of meringue, just touching each other, on brown paper; then add rounded teaspoonful of meringue at top for head.
Place pretzel stick arms and cinnamon candy eyes, mouth and buttons on each snowman.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Turn off heat and leave snowmen in oven for one hour.
