Beet And Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, unbeaten
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. carrot and 1 c. beet, raw and ground or shredded
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into greased and floured bread pans (1 pan for large loaf or 2 medium loaves).
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
