Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 onion, sauteed
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. chili pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    Dash of tobasco
    1/2 c. tomato sauce or chopped tomatoes
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large frying pan, add ingredients in order given. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
