Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large, raw potatoes
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grate potatoes; add eggs, salt and pepper.
    Add flour and bread crumbs.
    Make into dumplings using 2 teaspoons.
    Drop into salted, boiling water and cover.
    Cook until they float.
    Drain carefully and transfer to soup or serve with gravy and meat.
