Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qts. homemade beef stock
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
    1 cup diced carrots
    1 cup diced raw potato
    1/2 cup diced zucchini
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup uncooked spaghetti
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Remove meat from bones used in making stock and add to stock. Saute in 2 Tbsp. oil: onion, garlic clove, celery stalks, carrot, raw potato, and zucchini. Stir until veggies glisten. Add stock along with: kidney beans, can of tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Simmer 30 minutes stirring often. Add 1/2 cup uncooked spaghetti broken into 1 inch pieces. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, and parsley. Simmer 20 minutes.
