Chicken Kelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 pkg. mushrooms, fresh sliced
    1 c. flavored breadcrumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. boiled water
    2 bouillon cubes
    Muenster cheese slices
Preparation
    Marinate cubed cutlets in egg in refrigerator overnight (at least 4 hours).
    Then mix in breadcrumbs; brown in skillet in margarine.
