Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut up
    2 c. water
    1 large stalk chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat 2 cups water to boiling.
    Add broccoli, celery and onion. Cook until tender.
    Do not drain.
    Heat margarine until melted. Stir in flour until smooth.
    Add 1 1/2 cups water until boiling. Add cooked vegies, broth, bouillon, salt and pepper.
    Heat until just boiling.
    Stir in cream.
    Heat but do not boil.
