Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 small onion
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. canned milk
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil eggplant; drain and mash well.
    Add eggs to canned milk; beat well.
    Add butter, grated cheese and onion.
    Turn into greased casserole.
