Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium yellow squash
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
    3 green/spring onions, chopped (green stems also)
    2 eggs
    12 saltine crackers, crushed
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; saute onions and bell pepper in small amount of margarine.
    Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 of cheese for top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
