Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. whole kernel corn
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. red pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes, remove and cool.
Place remaining ingredients in bowl and add cooled mixture and blend.
Chill.
Keeps for days in refrigerator.
Great for 2 people.
