Weight Watchers Raspberry Mousse With Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen no-sugar added raspberries, thawed
    1 tsp. plain gelatin
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. orange extract
    1 pt. ripe strawberries, hulled, thinly sliced and mixed with 2 Tbsp. superfine sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free raspberry gelatin
    1 c. fresh orange juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 c. nondairy lo-cal whipped topping
    zest from 1 orange, finely grated
Preparation
    Drain raspberries, reserving juice.
    Combine gelatins in small saucepan; stir in half the orange juice and raspberry juice.
    Let stand 3 minutes.
    Stir over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved.
