Salmon Caesar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    6 oz. pkg. Caesar croutons
    1 lb. can salmon, flaked (you can also use fresh baked salmon - good idea for leftover salmon)
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk and soup.
    Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion.
    Pour into buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set in center.
