Cheese And Mayo Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, cooked
    bacon, fried and crumbled
    onion
    1 1/2 c. mayo
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Dice cooked potatoes.
    Add bacon and onion.
    Stir in mayo. Put in casserole and top with shredded Velveeta.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
