Art'S Aroma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    2 medium baking potatoes, cubed
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 large can low-sodium Spam, sliced
    2 large (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large, deep skillet, fry Spam until brown.
    Add vegetables, tomato sauce and spices.
    Simmer until potatoes are tender to fork.
    Serve with French bread or sourdough bread.
