Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. potato buds (flakes)
Preparation
    Combine the yeast, flour, sugar and potato buds in a bowl. Gradually add the warm water until smooth. Place in a large glass or crock. Keep covered with plastic wrap in a warm place for 2 days, then refrigerate.
