Easy Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sifted sugar
    1 1/4 c. egg whites (10 to 12)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Sift flour and measure 1 cup.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar and sift 4 times.
    Separate eggs; measure egg whites.
    Place in large bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Beat until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating after each addition.
    Fold in vanilla.
    Fold in flour mixture 1/4 cup at a time.
    Place in 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
