Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix potatoes, sour cream, soup, onions, cheese and 1 stick butter.
Pour into a large casserole dish.
Mix 1/2 stick butter with crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
