Crumb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    4 slices bread, made into fresh bread crumbs (use food processor)
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 chicken (3 to 4 lb.), cut up and skin removed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat a 13 x 9-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.
    Put milk in a shallow dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients except chicken in a medium size bowl.
    Dip each piece of chicken in milk, then in crumbs, pressing so crumbs adhere to form a thick, even coating.
    Arrange meaty sides up in a single layer in prepared pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until browned and juices run clear.
    Makes 4 servings.
