Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cheese (your choice)
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast; set aside.
    Grate cheese into water with sugar and salt.
    Heat just until warm.
    Add to flour mixture with egg.
    Stir well.
    Add 2 to 2 1/2 cups flour; knead to moderately stiff dough.
    Shape into ball and let rise until double.
    Divide in half and let rest 10 minutes.
    Shape into two loaf pans; let rise until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cover with foil the last 20 minutes.
    Cut while warm and spread with garlic seasoned butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
