Cajun Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 c. crushed pineapple (large can)

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Mix in the eggs and pineapple.
Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan with oil or spray with Pam. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
