Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breast, cooked and chopped into small pieces
    1 large onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 pkg. smoked sausage, chopped into small pieces
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion, pepper and celery until halfway done.
    Do not drain.
    In another skillet, add 3 tablespoons of oil and cook rice slowly until browned.
    Add other cooked ingredients in a large pot and add tomatoes and chicken broth; cook for 30 minutes.
    Add to mixture to thicken.
    Season to taste with ground red pepper, garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper.
