French Class Spinach Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    bread sticks
Preparation
    Defrost spinach and drain.
    Soften cream cheese.
    Stir in spinach, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, dill and garlic powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Warm to serve.
