Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 bananas (1 1/4 c.)
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening; add sugar gradually and cream well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add mashed bananas, nuts and sifted dry ingredients.
Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
