Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Combine salmon with all other ingredients.
    Blend together well.
    Shape into a loaf and place into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until brown.
