Macaroni And Cheese(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry macaroni
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a quart pan, combine water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Add macaroni slowly, so that water continues to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 9 minutes.
    Drain macaroni in colander.
    Place macaroni in a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Stir in butter, egg, salt, dry mustard and 2 1/2 cups of the grated cheese.
    Stir until evenly mixed.
    Pour milk over macaroni mixture.
    Top casserole with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Uncover casserole and cook another 10 to 12 minutes.
