Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. apples, diced
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and oil.
    Beat until blended.
    Mix all dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
    Mix well and then add apples, vanilla and walnuts.
    Stir until completely blended.
    Pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
