Marie'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except cheese).
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan, 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Top with cheese, re-cover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
