Weight Watchers Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
2/3 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. oat bran
5 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
8 oz. unsweetened apple sauce or banana
4 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation

Stir dry ingredients together.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Stir well.
Add fruit.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes in greased (spray with Pam) tins or line with cupcake liners.
