Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 uncooked pie shell
    1 egg
    1 small can Pet milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix the flour and sugar well. Add all other ingredients.
    Beat with electric mixer until creamy.
    Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 30 minutes or until brown at 350\u00b0.
    Very important to bake correctly.
