Macaroni Fiesta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper
    lettuce
Preparation
    Combine macaroni, cheese, celery, salad dressing, pimiento, green pepper and onion; toss lightly.
    Season to taste.
    Serve in lettuce lined bowls.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
