Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. (1/2 lb.) grated or chopped cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    dash of pepper
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain and set aside.
    Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth.
    Stir in meat, cheese, onion, pepper and salt.
    Turn into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes until brown on top and knife in center comes out clean.
    Serves 4.
