Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
pinch of salt
around 2 c. milk
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt, flour and cocoa.
Add milk.
Separate eggs. Beat yolks and mix well with other ingredients.
Cook on medium heat until it thickens.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla flavoring and butter.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue from the egg whites.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly brown.
