Angel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Preparation

Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add sugar gradually with vanilla.
Beat until mixture forms soft peaks.
Add cracker crumbs and pecans together.
Fold into egg white mixture.
Bake in 9-inch pan for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool thoroughly.
Top with 1 1/2 boxes Cool Whip mixed according to directions on box.
Sprinkle with nuts and coconut, if desired.
