Tex-Mex Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 c. salsa
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into a loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 to 50 minutes.
