Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. coarsely grated squash
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat together the first 3 ingredients.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Grease and flour two loaf pans.
    Pour in batter. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes and turn out.
