Fresh Fruit Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
juice of 1 lemon
3/4 c. crushed strawberries, raspberries or blueberries; or finely chopped apples, pears or dates; or grated peel of 1 lemon
Preparation

Cream butter, stir in fruit or peel and lemon juice. Refrigerate or freeze.
These will keep up to 3 months in the freezer.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
