Ambrosia Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) fat-free cream cheese
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple (in natural juice)
Preparation
    Drain and rinse cherries.
    Drain pineapple.
    Place all ingredients in food processor.
    Process until well blended or mix well until blended.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve with assortment of fresh fruit or fat free cinnamon star cookies or angel food cake. Yields 8 servings (1/4 cup each).
    Has 85 calories, 1 g. fat. Heavenly!
