Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, drained, mashed squash
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. whole or canned milk
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 slightly beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.
    Pour into well-greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with buttered cracker crumbs and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
