Chalupa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless pork roast
    1 lb. pinto beans
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can diced green chilies
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. salt
    garnishes: shredded cheese, chopped onion, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced avocado and sour cream
Preparation
    Combine in large kettle.
    Cover with water; bring to boil. Cover and simmer about 6 hours.
    Break up meat and cook, uncovered, until thick, about 45 minutes.
