Barbecued Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 lb. Beef Pot Roast
    2 tsp. Salt
    1\\4 tsp. Pepper
    2 tbsp. Margarine
    1\\2 C. Water
    1 C. Tomato Juice (Soup or Sauce will also do)
    3 medium Onions, chopped
    3 cloves Garlic, chopped
    2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
    1\\2 tsp. Dry Mustard
    1\\4 C. Lemon Juice
    1\\4 C. Vinegar
    1\\4 C. Catsup
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
    Rub roast surface with salt and pepper. Brown in butter on all sides. Add water, tomato juice, onion and garlic.
    Simmer meat 1 1\\2 hours. Mix remaining ingredients and add to meat. Cook for 2 hours more. Add potatoes and carrots the last 2 hours.
