Low-Fat Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple, drained
    1 small sugar-free jello (strawberry or lime)
    1 large light Cool Whip
    1 medium no-fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Cook Jell-O and pineapple juice for 5 minutes after it comes to a full boil.
    Cool.
    Mix Cool Whip, cottage cheese and pineapple together.
    Add Jell-O mixture.
    Blend well.
    Pour in mold and chill.
